This one's tricky to translate to German as the word order is different. I guess this is something like "X has removed thread by Y" but the word order in German is literally "X has thread by Y removed".

Definetely same in Turkish. There should be placeholder -or whatever you're calling it in programming language- for username, like this: "has removed thread by -'username'- " so we can use this markdown for correct translation.

@mfn77 Agreed, the same for "restored a post by" too. The original word order just doesn't work in some language, I have to add a ":" at the end to indicate the start of the username.
